Use a hammer to insert the brass weight.

Use a solid surface while hammering.

I used a heat gun to shrink the sleeve.

Be careful.  This what happens when you over heat the sleeve.   ...oooooops!  Luckily there are spares supplied.

NOTE:  Do not trim the over-hanging plastic.  When I was adjusting the throttle one side flew off!  LOL...

Notice the flybar loosely installed.  I still had to center the bar.

Notice the trimmed ends of the plastic on the paddles.  DO NOT TRIM THIS!
