Mounting orientation -
This is the direction where the
round side of the Profi is
facing.
If the correct direction is not
selected then the stabilization
will be incorrect.
|
Do a bench test by tilting the
helicopter in various directions.
The swash should move in the
opposite direction.
This is the same for HC3A, 3D
and HC Rigid. |
|
Failsafe Sensitivity -
For PCM select NORMAL. For
PPM select INCREASED.
Main Rotor Direction -
Looking from the top, clockwise
rotation is RIGHT.
Mounting Position -
Is the distance of the Profi
from the main shaft.
Swashplate - Select the
appropriate helicopter's rotor
head linkage type.
Servo Reverse - Reverse
servo direction as necessary.
Reverse Elevator Axis -
Reverse servo direction as
necessary.
Servo Travel - Adjust to
to avoid swashplate binding and
cyclic sensitivity. Adjust
here rather than on the
transmitter. For example
some transmitters have a "swash
ring" option that reduces swash
travel.
Coll. Pitch Travel - Make
the adjustments here rather than
on the transmitter. Reduce
as necessary to avoid binding.
Virtual Swashplate Rotation
- This is for RIGID heads.
