Software Configuration - Flybarless
Description
ON, OFF
Select flybarless ON or OFF.
Do not select ON if your helicopter is with a flybar.
Gain
Parameter range: 20% - 500%
Adjust 10% at a time.
If the helicopter is moving slow increase this value. If the helicopter is oscillating fast decrease this value
Direct Input
Parameter range: 30% - 300%
Adjust this to fine tune rapid stick input.
Cyclic Rate
Parameter range: 20 - 450 deg/s
This adjust helicopter's response. The higher the value the faster the response.
Flybar Weight
Parameter range: 20% to 300%
This simulates the effect of flybar weight. The higher the value the "heavier" the weight causing slow cyclic response.
To ease setup it's best to use the remote adjustment feature.
Use two spare channels in your RX and plug in servo extensions to X1 and X2 channels to the main controller's RX input.
NOTE: I used AUX1 and assigned it to channel 8 on my RX and AUX2 and assigned it to channel 9.
I assigned AUX1 to my right slider and AUX2 to left slider.
There is no need to program either channel.
Assign as needed.
Remote Adjustment
NOTE: When you have optimized the flybarless parameters there is no need to enable the remote adjustment. Change these back to INH (Inhibit)
