Installation - Profi

Before mounting anything start off by laying all the components out and connecting them together.  This will give you a rough idea of physical limits and placement.

NOTES:

If you are using a belt driven tail rotor it is highly recommended that you ground the tailboom.

Use a voltage detector if you are unsure of the presence of static electricity.

Avoid using plastic tail blades to further reduce the risk of static electricity.

Install the Profi at least 15cm above the ground. The higher the better.

Install the Profi with the optic sensor facing down unobstructed. Perfectly vertical or inline with the main shaft.

Profi may be installed facing either the front, left, back or right side. The orientation will be entered into the software.

Make sure the mounting surface is solid and no slippage can occur.

Used two stabilizer belts and cut out a piece of carbon fiber from spare parts.

Note the name of the ports:  RC Module and GPS Module before placing the plate.

Mounting screws are provided with the kit.

Straightforward installation.

Make sure the Profi is vertically aligned with the main shaft.

Replaced the stabilizer "belts" to aluminum.
