Introduction
Late 2008 DJI introduced the XP3.1 to the
aerial photo/video community. They
showcased a long controlled level flight
that instantly got everyone's attention.
DJI's XP3.1 is a remote control helicopter
flight control system that will allow
semi-unmanned autonomous flights. It has
an integrated Global Positioning System
(GPS), 6-DOF inertial measuring unit,
magnetic-field meter and barometer.
